We call this Raspberry infused version of our Betty White Ale the "Blanche". By adding raspberry syrup we create a flavor profile similar to a Framboise...a belgian style beer fermented with raspberries. It's delightful!!

Our pilsner malt is produced from high-quality two-row spring barley grown in the best German and European barley regions and combined with flaked corn. The addition of Saaz hops provides a mild, spicy and earthy aroma while Cascade hops adds bitterness & Hallertau Mittelfruh leaves you with a clean crisp pilsner.

Betty White Ale is full-bodied in flavor with a creamy texture and comes alive with the addition of coriander, paradise seed and sweet orange peel. **Ask for a "Blanche" if you are feeling a bit frisky!

Brewed in honor of our location within downtown Frisco's Rail District. We blended red X malt which gives an intense red color with pilsner, special roast, special B and chocolate malt to give this beer a signature toasty and sweet aroma and flavor. The addition of Fuggles, Willamette, EKG hops adds an earthy, sweet, spicy floral aroma.
